Safety is our top most priority. Our boat will no proceed if the captains perceives that there is a major threat to the guests, crew and boat. This may be because of bad weather or other factors.

Our dive guides and crew are trained emergency personnel. They know how to handle simple accidents and health concerns. For more serious conditions, there are modern hospitals in Batangas City and Metro Manila (for Anilao Route), Cebu and Dumaguete Cities (for Cebu Route), and Puerto Princesa (for Tubbataha). There are hyperbaric chambers in hospitals in Batangas City, Metro Manila, Cebu City, and Puerto Princesa. The TMO and rangers help out with care and evcuation to Puerto Princesa for Tubbataha route.

Special Occasions

Special occasions are always a cause for celebrations. Please inform us in advance of any birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoon or even milestone dives (100, 200, etc). Kindly indicate in the GIS, email info@dive-resolute.com or any of our crew.

Gratuties

Crew gratuities or service fees are not included in the rpice. We believe that this should be voluntary based on your satisfaction with the service of the crew. On the last day, the crew will leave an envelop in your room. There will be a box in the main deck where you can put the envelope–anonymous or declared is your decision. It will be collected afterwards and equally divided between the crew and the dive team. We suggest 10% of the tour price.
